Our Quality Policy
At Pergel, quality is not limited to the performance of the finished equipment. Our approach to quality covers the entire process—from accurately identifying customer requirements and developing the appropriate engineeri.
At Pergel, quality is not limited to the performance of the finished equipment. Our approach to quality covers the entire process—from accurately identifying customer requirements and developing the appropriate engineering concept to design, manufacturing, assembly, final inspection, shipment and after-sales support.
In the development and manufacture of our chip conveyors, coolant filtration systems, chip separators, centrifugal systems, chip handling equipment and centralized chip management solutions, our primary quality criteria include reliable operation, mechanical durability, ease of use, maintainability and long service life.
Occupational health and safety is an essential part of our manufacturing philosophy. We consider employee safety, organized production processes and the operating conditions of the systems we manufacture at every stage of our work. We regard manufacturing without compromising workplace health and safety principles as a fundamental responsibility.
For every customer project, our objective is to combine the right engineering solution with a controlled and appropriate manufacturing process. We carefully evaluate the required materials, fabrication methods, structural design, operating conditions and system configuration according to the technical requirements of each application.
Throughout production, we follow a controlled and traceable approach designed to support consistent manufacturing quality. From component fabrication and assembly to functional checks and final inspection, each stage contributes to ensuring that the completed equipment is suitable for its intended industrial application.
On-time delivery is also an important element of our quality policy. We plan our engineering, procurement and manufacturing activities to support agreed project schedules while maintaining the necessary quality-control procedures throughout the production process.
We are committed to continuous improvement across our manufacturing infrastructure, engineering capabilities, working methods and technical workforce. Practical experience gained from our production facilities, field installations and customer applications is incorporated into future projects to continuously improve both our equipment and our manufacturing processes.
Our engineering approach considers not only the initial investment in a machine or system, but also its long-term operating conditions and total lifecycle performance. Wherever technically appropriate, we aim to develop solutions that reduce maintenance requirements, improve energy efficiency, simplify service access and help control long-term operating costs.
This lifecycle-oriented approach is particularly important in CNC machining, metalworking and automated manufacturing environments, where dependable chip removal, coolant management and uninterrupted operation can directly affect overall production efficiency.
At Pergel, quality does not end when a system is delivered. We consider spare parts availability, technical support and after-sales service to be an extension of our quality policy. Our objective is to support reliable equipment operation throughout its service life and provide practical technical assistance when required.
We also view customer feedback and field experience as valuable inputs for engineering development. By evaluating the real operating performance of our chip handling, separation, filtration and coolant recovery systems, we can continuously refine our designs and improve future solutions.
Our fundamental quality policy is to maintain a consistent commitment to safe working practices, sound engineering, controlled manufacturing, reliable equipment, on-time delivery and sustainable after-sales support across every Pergel project.
